Zetrr is the creator OS, built in India: seven creator apps in one login and one workspace. Planner plans your content, Automation answers Instagram comments and DMs, BioLink is your link-in-bio page, Invoice bills brands, Giveaways picks Instagram winners, Forms collects enquiries and Opener makes links open in the right app. Agency is in alpha. Use what you need and add more as your work grows.
Find your next step.
A little clarity goes a long way.

A good place to start.
The things creators ask us most often.
Start with Planner if you want to organise ideas, scripts, and tasks. Choose Biolink if you need a page for your links and work. Everything uses the same account, so you can explore the other apps later.
On iPhone or Android, share a link directly to the Zetrr Planner app. It goes into Saved, where you can organise it with a tag. On desktop, the Chrome extension can capture links, screenshots, voice notes, and ideas from the page you are viewing.
Yes, custom domains are supported through DNS verification. Access currently requires workspace approval. Contact us to request it, then follow the connection steps in Biolink settings.
Every Zetrr app together is ₹299 a month in India and US$49.99 a month everywhere else. Single apps start at ₹49 a month in India, and Zetrr Planner is free for you and your team. Creators in India get special pricing in rupees; everywhere else, prices are in US dollars. The Pricing page always shows the current plans, bundles and billing periods.
Planner on iPhone and Android caches your boards for offline reading and queues supported changes while disconnected. Those changes sync when your connection returns. Some actions and integrations still require internet access.
Planner, Automation, Giveaways, Biolink, Opener, Forms, and Invoice are available. Agency is in alpha. The dashboard shows each app’s current status. Features marked as coming soon are not available yet.
No. You can use Zetrr on your own. Your first workspace is created when you sign in, and you can invite teammates whenever you want to collaborate.
Use your email and password or sign in with Google on the web. Planner on iPhone and Mac also supports Sign in with Apple. If you signed up with email, verify your address before getting started. Password resets are available from the sign-in page.
Zetrr is made by Zetrr Private Limited, a company in India. It was started by Ashish Sukralia, a creator who was tired of paying for a separate tool for every job; work on Zetrr began on 1 January 2026.
In India. Zetrr Private Limited’s registered office is in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Creators anywhere can use Zetrr.
Yes. Zetrr is a verified Meta Tech Provider. Zetrr Automation and Zetrr Giveaways connect to Instagram through Instagram’s official login and Meta’s official APIs, so Zetrr never asks for your Instagram password.
Zetrr uses Instagram’s official login, never your password, and only the permissions each feature needs. It keeps sending under the limits Meta documents, spreads messages through the hour and pauses on its own if Instagram signals a limit. You can disconnect at any time.
Creators often pay for a planner, a DM tool, a link-in-bio page and invoicing software separately. Zetrr puts them in one login, one workspace and one team, and every app together is ₹299 a month in India (US$49.99 elsewhere).
Our comparisons put Zetrr side by side with the tools creators weigh it against, on price, features and limits. Every competitor figure links to its source, and each comparison says when the other tool is the better fit.
Email support@zetrr.com from the address on your Zetrr account. A person on the Zetrr team replies to every message.
Planner gives you a place to save inspiration, write scripts, manage tasks, and move content through your pipeline. Use boards or table view, customise your stages, and discuss work with teammates in board chat.
Yes. Open version history in the script editor to review or restore an earlier version. Named versions are kept as milestones; the most recent 50 unnamed autosaved versions are retained.
Yes. Attach voice notes to cards or saved ideas using the supported recording controls in Planner on the web, iPhone, Android, or the Chrome extension. They sync with the same item across your devices.
Planner can send scheduled to-dos to Google Calendar as events. The sync is one-way: events you create in Google Calendar do not come back into Planner.
Yes. Each board has chat with mentions, reactions, pinned messages, read receipts, and approval requests. Mention a teammate to notify them about the work.
Biolink lets you build a small website for your work. Start with a template, then add links, images, video, social profiles, collections, and contact or email-capture blocks. Customise the layout and styling, and track views and clicks from the dashboard.
No. Shop and collection blocks display your products and link visitors to the site where each item is sold. Payments and checkout happen on that destination site.
Opener creates smart links that can open supported destinations in their native apps. When an app destination is unavailable, the link falls back to the web page.
A shareable link, a downloadable QR code, an optional custom slug, and click analytics by device, browser, country, and referrer. Named UTM channels help you compare placements, with automated traffic filtered from the results.
Choose from text and choice inputs, dates, times, bookings, country selectors, file and image uploads, ratings, and other fields. Drag fields onto the form and use undo or redo as you build.
Not yet. Forms currently uses a classic builder where respondents see the same fields. The branching flow builder is marked as coming soon.
Add a file or image upload field to let respondents attach files, up to the field’s supported limit. Review their uploads with the submission in your dashboard. Submissions and form analytics can be exported as CSV.
Manage clients and reusable line items, add your logo and signature, create shareable invoice pages, download PDFs, and track earnings. Invoice supports INR, USD, EUR, GBP, and AED.
Invoice supports Indian GST, including CGST, SGST, and IGST, based on the client’s state. Other tax systems are not automatically calculated; add the appropriate tax as a manual line item and check the requirements for your business.
Automatic invoice emails and recurring invoices are not available yet. Download the PDF or share the invoice link, then send it using your usual email or messaging app.
Connect Instagram, add the post URL, and choose your entry rules. Zetrr filters the comments by supported rules such as hashtags, mentions, tagged friends, duplicates, and excluded usernames, then randomly selects a winner from the qualifying entries.
Giveaways does not verify follows or likes as entry requirements. It applies the rules available from the comments themselves: hashtags, mentions, tagged-friend counts, duplicates, and excluded usernames.
Giveaways does not score accounts for age, profile pictures, or suspected bots. Use the supported entry rules, duplicate filtering, and your own block list to control which entries qualify.
Enable announcements to have Zetrr reply to the winner’s comment with your message template. Instagram may prevent the reply in some cases. Giveaways does not send the winner a direct message.
Set up responses to Instagram comments, story replies, and DM keywords. Use keyword matching, follow gates, follow-up messages, voice notes, and message variations. Priority Comments helps you find conversations that need a personal reply; people can opt out by replying STOP.
Yes. Zetrr allows up to 600 private replies to comments an hour from the moment you connect, below the hourly limit Meta documents, and spreads them evenly through the hour instead of sending them in bursts. If Instagram signals a limit, sending stops at once and returns gradually. Meta’s messaging windows and permissions still apply. Paid plans have no monthly cap on DMs.
No. Connect your Instagram professional account directly through Instagram’s login. You do not need to link a Facebook Page.
Workspace roles include owner, admin, manager, editor, and viewer. Managers, editors, and viewers have per-app access settings, so you can share the apps they need. Owners and admins have full app access.
Only the owner can change existing member roles and app access, manage billing, delete the workspace, or transfer ownership. Admins can invite people and remove non-admin members, but cannot remove the owner or another admin.
Invite someone by email and choose their role and app access. The invite can only be accepted by that email address and expires after seven days. They can create a Zetrr account as part of accepting it.
A manager, editor, or viewer receives the app access chosen in their invitation. An admin has full app access. Review the invite’s permissions before sending it, especially when inviting a client or contractor.
Yes. Create or join additional workspaces and switch between them from the dashboard. Workspace-scoped content follows the active workspace. You must keep at least one workspace.
Planner is available for iPhone and iPad, Android, and Mac. Use the Planner download page to choose your device. Automation also has native mobile app information on its product page. The web dashboard brings the full suite together.
The Chrome extension saves links, screenshots, voice notes, and ideas to Planner, with tags and a keyboard shortcut. The Safari extension offers capture features without voice recording. See the Planner page for the available downloads.
Planner for Mac includes desktop widgets and a menu bar item. Phone widget availability depends on the app version; check the current app listing and release information.
Notification availability varies by device and app. Enable supported reminders and mentions in the app, then allow notifications in your device settings. Mac notifications are delivered locally while the app is running.
Checkout availability depends on the plan, region, and current rollout. The Pricing page shows whether a plan can be purchased. Signing up does not authorise a payment; review the price and terms before completing checkout.
Your content is not automatically deleted when a trial ends. Check Pricing for the access included in your current plan, and use the available per-app export options to keep copies of the data you need.
The Terms of Service explains billing, the Refund & Cancellation Policy explains renewals, how to cancel and when a payment is refunded, and the Privacy Policy explains how payment information is handled.
The primary application database is hosted in Mumbai, India. Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare’s storage network. The Privacy Policy lists our providers and explains international data transfers.
No. When someone messages your connected Instagram account, Zetrr checks the message against your automations and, if you use Collabs, whether it reads like a brand inquiry. What the message says is deleted within 24 hours. Only a record that it arrived (who sent it, when, and whether an automation answered) stays, for 30 days. Collab inquiries stay in your Collabs inbox for up to 12 months or until you delete them, and contact details people choose to send you stay until you delete them. Zetrr never sells this data or uses it for advertising.
Private account and workspace content is limited by access permissions. Teammates may see what you share in their workspace, and public pages or shared links are visible to the people you share them with.
Authorised staff may access data when needed to operate the service, resolve support requests, or investigate abuse and security incidents. Access is governed by the Privacy Policy.
No. Zetrr doesn’t train AI models on your content, or on the messages, comments and contact details of the people who interact with you, and doesn’t send them to AI services. Automation matches the keywords you choose with simple rules, and the Collabs inbox uses a rule-based filter that runs on Zetrr’s own servers.
The website and dashboard use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage and fix problems. Clarity’s session replays mask all text in the dashboard, so they show where people click but never your messages, contacts, responses or invoices, and Clarity doesn’t run at all on the pages you publish for your audience. Native apps don’t embed these tools. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Open account settings and choose Delete account. Deletion is permanent. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership first. App-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store.
Exports are available within individual apps, including form submissions, Biolink submissions, Automation analytics, and Invoice earnings. A single export covering every app is not available yet.
Zetrr does not currently offer two-factor authentication for standard accounts. If you use Google sign-in, you can protect your Google account with its own two-step verification.
